Psychological evaluations often form the backbone of successful immigration cases, roughly doubling the chance of the case being accepted. IMPACT Immigration is an Oregon-based nonprofit organization comprised of a team of mental health clinicians who provide immigrants and refugees access to high quality psychological evaluations regardless of ability to pay. In addition to providing subsidized evaluations, the Immigration Psychology Access Team has also developed a comprehensive training program to qualify mental health professionals nationwide to conduct the evaluations, thus ensuring that more immigrants gain access to high quality evaluations and to full due process.
