Miller Nash welcomes seasoned banking industry professional, Diana Ramos, to the Portland office where she joins the firm’s financial services industry team. She assists banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions with a variety of banking matters, including regulatory compliance and operations. Diana has extensive experience in the banking industry, having worked in financial institutions for over fifteen years.
About Diana Ramos
During law school Diana served as a judicial extern for the Oregon Court of Appeals. Before joining Miller Nash, Diana spent ten years working for a large national bank in roles that include credit risk management and compliance. She started her career in a small credit union allowing her to gain a general understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and lending activities. Diana received her bachelor’s degree from Portland State University before earning her law degree at Lewis & Clark Law School.
