Miller Nash LLP attorneys Fabio Dworschak and Diana Ramos have been selected to participate in the 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinder programs, respectively.

The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to creating an environment where all talent has the opportunity to thrive. The LCLD Fellows and Pathfinder programs were created in 2011 and 2009, respectively, to provide early- and mid-career attorneys with leadership development and relationship-building opportunities.

Fabio, special counsel on the firm’s energy and shipping team based out of Seattle, will join the LCLD Fellows program. The Fellows program connects mid-career, high-potential attorneys with LCLD members, providing a year-long professional development program focused on leadership and relationship building. Fabio completed LCLD’s Pathfinder program in 2021.

Diana, a financial services associate based in the firm’s Portland office, joins the LCLD Pathfinder program. The Pathfinder program, directed at high-potential, early-career attorneys, provides opportunities for participants to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching.
