Fabio Dworschak has been appointed cochair of the King County Bar Association Environmental & Land Use Law Section. Fabio will serve his term alongside fellow cochair Michael Mahoney of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt. 

The Section’s purpose is to encourage the professional and social development of attorneys and professionals in King County whose practice involves litigation, counseling, or consulting on environmental and land use law and regulation. The Section meets monthly for business purposes and discussion of legal and practical issues, and also hosts a CLE annually.

About Fabio Dworschak
As a trial and appellate advocate, Fabio provides timely, thorough and pragmatic counsel during all phases of cases and disputes. In doing so, he places an emphasis on communication and collaboration with clients. Fabio began his legal career as a law clerk for Judge Rolando Olvera in the Southern District of Texas. While in law school, he served as an extern in the Washington State Supreme Court for Justice Sheryl Gordon McCloud and in King County Superior Court for Judge Carol A. Schapira (Ret.). Fabio received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston before earning his law degree at Seattle University School of Law and LL.M. degree at the University of Houston Law Center.
