Nick Hesterberg

Nick Hesterberg is an experienced commercial litigator who represents clients in a wide array of complex business disputes, including antitrust and unfair competition matters, trade secret and intellectual property claims, contract disputes, business torts, and environmental litigation. Nick has represented clients ranging from market leaders to emerging companies in numerous industries, including manufacturing, retail, technology, health care, and transportation. He also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on representing individuals in immigration proceedings.

Before joining Miller Nash, Nick practiced for nearly nine years at an Am Law 50 firm, where he gained extensive experience in all phases of the litigation process and helped secure numerous favorable outcomes for clients through settlement, arbitration, trial, and appeal. He then directed a non-profit organization supporting environmental and land rights lawsuits brought in courts around the world.
