Koury brings with him more than 20 years of experience with real estate and construction law, as well as extensive experience with contract transactions, banking and finance work, and mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in the real estate world for much of his life, and his lifelong passion for real estate was instrumental in achieving his reputation as one of Oregon’s best real estate attorneys.
About Robert Koury II
Koury’s real estate practice focuses on guiding clients through acquisition, permitting, construction, leasing, financing, refinancing, and the restructuring of loans. His clients, including commercial, retail, industrial, and residential developers, come from all corners of the real estate world. Koury is a member of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and is a board member of REACH Community Development. Koury earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Southern California before receiving his master’s and law degrees from Willamette University.
