Miller Nash welcomes Zach Cooper to the region’s preeminent financial services team, based in the Seattle office. Zach represents clients in a broad range of disputes involving bankruptcy, receivership, foreclosure, and other related litigation. Before joining Miller Nash, Zach served as the law clerk for the Honorable Marc Barreca, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington.

He is invested in his clients’ success and approaches each situation with a results-oriented mindset aimed at finding the best and most efficient outcome. Zach served in the United States Army as a non-commissioned officer in the 75th Ranger Regiment, a selective special operations unit. He received his bachelor’s degree from Colgate University before earning his law degree at Seattle University School of Law. He is regularly invited to speak and write on timely topics related to bankruptcy and banking.
