Miller Nash welcomes Paul Rusyn as special counsel to the firm’s intellectual property team. Paul is a registered patent attorney that works with clients to procure, manage, and enforce patent and trademark rights to protect key intellectual property of their business, and to align their IP portfolios with their business strategies. He has a background in engineering which gives him a deep understanding of complex client technologies and enables him to work with clients to implement an IP strategy to provide a competitive advantage for their business.
About Paul Rusyn
Paul represents clients in procuring patent rights in technologies including semiconductor circuits and processes for integrated circuits such as memory devices. Prior to joining Miller Nash, Paul worked as an electrical engineer designing digital and electronic circuits in the distributed control systems industry. Paul received his bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University in electrical engineering and applied physics before earning his law degree at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
