Miller Nash welcomes Amy Weston as partner to the firm’s consumer products & services team. Amy, based in the firm’s Seattle office, assists emerging technology companies at all stages of their corporate lifecycle. She drafts, develops, reviews and negotiates client-favorable terms in complex high-volume commercial transactions. Amy also helps clients navigate the ever-growing patchwork of privacy laws, industry standards and best practices while safeguarding client proprietary inventions, systems, and processes.

Amy began her legal career in Boston, focusing on corporate and transactional law while specializing in growth and emerging technology companies located throughout the United States.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Kalamazoo College and her master’s degree from the University of British Columbia. She earned her law degree at the Boston University School of Law.
