His ability to engineer amicable resolutions to the most difficult coverage situations along with his mastery of complex legal issues impacting insurance recovery has made Tristan one of the most sought-after insurance recovery attorneys nationwide. Tristan is a frequent speaker on insurance issues to audiences in industries ranging from construction to technology.
Joining Tristan as cochair is Carrie Mount, who has earned her reputation as one of the Northwest’s premier commercial policyholder lawyers. Armed with extensive experience with a variety of commercial lines, Carrie represents Miller Nash’s policyholder clients in claim negotiations, mediations, appraisals, and all stages of litigation, including jury trials.
