Miller Nash is excited to announce that eight attorneys have joined the firm’s prominent employment law & labor relations practice team. The attorneys, who join Miller Nash from the former boutique employment and labor firm, Bullard Law, bring decades of specialized experience in employment law advice and training, state and federal employment regulations, public and private labor law, and employment litigation.
“Expanding our team to include these eight talented and accomplished attorneys equips Miller Nash with the ability to handle virtually any employment and labor-related matter that clients encounter,” said Kieran Curley, managing partner of Miller Nash. “The breadth and depth of our employment and labor team is vast, and they continue to provide clients with a high level of service and care; two qualities that we deeply value.”
The addition of these eight attorneys creates one of the most robust employment and labor teams in the Pacific Northwest, with 26 attorneys serving a wide variety of industries. This growth further expands the team’s capabilities to provide focused and responsive service to employers of all sizes throughout Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, and Montana. The team provides human resources advice, compliance, and trainings, represents employers in dispute management and litigation, conducts independent workplace investigations, serves as a partner in labor relations matters in union and nonunion environments, and advises clients throughout the entire employment lifecycle.
Many of the new additions also join Miller Nash’s comprehensive education industry team who has a long history of providing pragmatic solutions for public and private school districts, colleges, universities, and community colleges in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. With the expansion of the education team comes additional specialized experience in serving education institutions.
“We are thrilled to join Miller Nash’s employment law and labor relations team,” said Liani Reeves, former president of Bullard Law. “Miller Nash provides the same client-focused services that our clients were used to and joining a full-service firm enables us to offer clients a complete suite of services that we could not previously provide.”
