Miller Nash is pleased to welcome partner Don Scaramastra to the firm’s Seattle office. Scaramastra joins the firm’s litigation team, helping clients obtain insurance recoveries for large losses, address complex contract disputes, resolve disagreements over business acquisitions, and manage antitrust claims. Most recently, he has assisted a number of businesses who face losses and disruptions relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. Scaramastra also brings a deep commitment to public service and providing pro bono representation, including in several civil actions seeking systemic change.

About Don Scaramastra
Scaramastra focuses his practice on helping businesses resolve disputes, improve outcomes, and reduce risk across a variety of projects. He has particular experience developing tools that help businesses better manage litigation costs, select appropriate strategies and objectives, boost predictability, and improve outcomes. Additionally, Scaramastra is recognized for his pro bono practice, defending constitutional rights issues for underrepresented communities. Scaramastra received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California Irvine before earning his law degree at the UC Berkeley School of Law.
