Miller Nash LLP partner, Danielle Hunt, has joined the Seattle University Law Alumni Board of Directors. The Law Alumni Board (LAB) serves as an advisory body to the dean and the Office of Alumni Affairs on initiatives and activities designed to strengthen relationships in building an inclusive law school community of alumni, students, faculty, staff, and friends.
“Joining the Seattle University Law Alumni Board is an exciting and meaningful opportunity for me,” says Danielle. “It is a chance to reconnect with fellow alumni, contribute to the growth of our esteemed institution, and support the next generation of legal professionals.”
Danielle graduated with her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2009. During Danielle's tenure at Seattle University School of Law, she served as the note & comment editor of the Seattle University Law Review.

Her practice focuses on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and corporate governance for for-profit and nonprofit clients.
