Miller Nash welcomes associate, Ben Shattuck, to the firm’s Portland office. Ben joins Miller Nash’s leading litigation team where he will support a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters. He assists with all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution by helping to craft pragmatic solutions that align with the client’s best interests.
About Ben Shattuck
Before joining Miller Nash, Ben served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James B. Morse and the Honorable David D. Weinzweig of the Arizona Court of Appeals, where he drafted memorandum decisions and opinions for civil, criminal, and administrative appeals. During law school, Ben externed for the Honorable John J. Tuchi of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. Attorney’s Office Criminal Division. Ben received his bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University before earning his law degree at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
