Miller Nash welcomes Erica Tatoian to the firm’s litigation team. Erica, based in the firm’s Portland office, is an experienced attorney focused on appellate law, business and complex litigation, regulatory, and administrative law and tort claim defense.
Before joining Miller Nash, Erica practiced at a prominent Oregon law firm, guiding clients through complex litigation matters. She also served as a judicial clerk at the Oregon Court of Appeals, gaining firsthand experience in appellate decision-making and a deep understanding of appellate processes.
