Hester v. State of Washington, Case No. 98495-6 (S.Ct. 2020). Represent petitioners in pursuing constitutional claims (impairment of contract) against the State of Washington.
Assisted Barrett Business Services, Inc., in a $33 million follow-on underwritten offering of common stock.
Developed a separation agreement to remove a national general contractor midstream during construction of a large data center complex in Oregon, and to transition the remaining work to a follow-on contractor, along with the assignment of all existing subcontractors. The transition was fully successful, with no disputed termination or delay claims.

Drafted ballot measure for light rail vote.
Drafted and negotiated combination office and lab space lease for national communications technology company.
Represented housing authority in its joint efforts with private real estate developer to finance and construct a new 69‐unit apartment building intended for low‐income renters ages 55 and older. Financing for the project included 4 percent Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, sponsor funds, a construction loan, and municipal grant.
Roupp v. RChain Cooperative, Case No. 81915-1 (2021). Represent appellant blockchain provider in appeal involving arbitration rights.
