Prepared employment agreements and offer letters for a merger between two bank holding companies, with twenty subsidiaries collectively.
Represented special servicer of $31.5 million securitized loan in connection with the foreclosure and acquisition of the retail mall located in downtown Salem, Oregon, commonly known as Salem Center.

Arbitrated numerous consumer disputes involving financial, hospitality, and telecommunications services, and electronic and data products. Efficiently managed concurrent proceedings in multiple-consumer cases, as well as cases with unrepresented consumers. Awards issued on document submission or after telephonic hearing.
Negotiated with federal and state agencies regarding the scope and extent of the remedial investigation, feasibility, and cleanup at numerous contaminated sites, including sites with contaminated sediments and military munitions.
Resolved scores of cyber liability claims on behalf of commercial policyholders.
