Conducted numerous internal investigations into employee fraud, director and officer liability, and accounting malpractice.
Conducted internal review for private university regarding departmental conflict and bullying complaints, and provided conclusions and recommendations based on findings.
Epiq Systems v. Prutsman. This case involved competing litigation in two different state courts and a federal court. After a two-day trial, we obtained a preliminary injunction enforcing a covenant not to compete and protecting trade secrets.

Assists plan sponsors with HIPAA privacy and security compliance, including preparing required notices and advising about HIPAA requirements if a breach occurs.
