Joy Voorhees

Joy Voorhees joined Miller Nash in 1977 and is a member of the firm’s employment law and education practice teams. She has more than 40 years of experience in the legal industry and has had the pleasure of working with many highly respected and experienced attorneys, including Robert S. Miller, Norman J. Wiener, Orval O. Hager, Maurice O. Georges, Dean D. DeChaine, and Donald A. Burns, to name a few. Joy has also worked in many areas of law, including tax, maritime, appellate, litigation, employee benefits, trusts and estates, probates, guardianships, and conservatorships. Joy believes promptly responding to client’s needs is a top priority and prides herself on the high quality of work and attention to detail she attributes to her many years of training from some of the best, well-known legal staff any firm could offer.
