Cody J. Elliott
About Cody
Cody’s former practice as a partner in the firm’s Employment Law & Labor Relations team included assisting public and private employers with a wide variety of employment and construction disputes in arbitrations, mediations, administrative proceedings, and in state and federal court. As associate general counsel, Cody works with the firm’s leadership to develop sound risk management policies and practices and uses the skills that he developed in his practice to provide legal ethics and risk management guidance to the firm. He has been in the service industry for more than 20 years: before joining Miller Nash in 2008, he spent nearly eight years as a restaurant manager.

Outside the Office
Cody enjoys trying new restaurants, collecting wine (particularly Walla Walla syrahs), crushing escape rooms and pub trivia with his wife, and playing Magic: the Gathering and watching movies with his kids. He is an avid supporter of Tottenham Hostpur F.C. and the Denver Broncos. He also enjoys powerlifting and has a barbell squat PR of 3x1 at 395.
