About Blakely
Blakely Vogel focuses his practice on providing strategic counsel to businesses in both transactional and regulatory matters. With a keen understanding of commercial law, he has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including general terms and conditions and binding subordinate agreements. Blakely also brings specialized experience to the construction and renewable energy sectors, where he assists clients with drafting, revising, and reviewing complex commercial construction contracts. His industry knowledge enables him to navigate the unique challenges these sectors face, ensuring that his clients’ agreements are clear, enforceable, and aligned with their business goals.
During law school, Blakely gained valuable insights serving as a legal extern for the Honorable Judge Steven Berlin.

Blakely spends his free time exploring local restaurants, breweries, wineries, and distilleries. On the weekends he enjoys perfecting BBQ recipes and spending time with his family and getting ice cream with his daughters.
