Anthony J. Dal Ponte

Anthony (Tony) is a seasoned, business-focused legal executive with nearly 20 years’ experience as a business leader and attorney. His background as a veteran member of management teams at public, private, and private equity-backed companies operating at both regional and international scale gives him a well-rounded perspective that never loses sight of the big picture. He uses that experience to advise clients on a wide range of issues, advancing opportunities and solving complex challenges while addressing the full spectrum of business risk.

Tony has twice served as General Counsel for companies in the highly-regulated food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, and agribusiness sectors. Most recently, he served as General Counsel for one of the world’s largest commercial malt producers, which operated manufacturing locations in Australia, North America, and Europe as well as a network of international distribution facilities. Before that, he served as General Counsel for a regional, vertically-integrated seafood provider, and spent seven years in private practice representing middle market and family-owned clients in the Pacific Northwest. His multidisciplinary leadership experience has included responsibility for functions beyond traditional legal, including government relations (federal, state, and local), risk management and insurance, environmental health & safety (EHS), and public affairs.
