About Anthony
Anthony Hunt is a natural communicator who partners with clients to design and maintain employee benefit plans that attract and retain top talent. Anthony specializes in qualified retirement plans, 403(b) and 457(b) plans, and the gamut of health and welfare plans. He advises on a wide range of issues arising under ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, the Affordable Care Act (ACA), HIPAA, COBRA, and other benefits laws, and has experience advising public, tax-exempt, and private employers of all sizes on plan design, administration, and compliance. He also has experience resolving complex employee benefits issues that arise in M&A and other business transactions, and guides clients through federal agency benefit plan audits and examinations.
Anthony provides pro bono legal services to trans Oregonians obtaining legal name and gender marker changes, and he co-founded the Miller Nash pro bono Name and Gender Marker Change Clinic in 2022. Anthony previously practiced at a boutique business law firm in Eugene, Oregon, and earned his law degree from University of Oregon in 2018.

Outside the Office
Anthony volunteers with organizations that promote the arts and assist vulnerable community members. He spends his free time exploring music, cooking, arts and crafts, and the incredible Pacific Northwest.
