Midlevel Tax Associate–Portland, Oregon (Hybrid Position)
Miller Nash is seeking a midlevel tax associate with two to five years of practical experience to join our tax team in our Portland office.
Responsibilities include advising local, regional, national, and international clients on state and federal tax issues including income, excise, sales/use, and property taxes as well as general corporate/transactional projects. Desired attributes include an LLM degree, CPA certification, prior accounting experience, or demonstrated interest or experience in a broad tax practice.
Candidates must be a member of the Oregon State Bar Association or eligible for reciprocity. Washington or California State Bar license is a plus. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all Miller Nash attorneys.

Compensation:

- Associate level based on years of experience: Compensation range from $148,250–$201,500 (before potential discretionary bonus)
