Midlevel Litigation Associate—Portland, Oregon (Hybrid Position)
Miller Nash is seeking a midlevel commercial litigation associate with two to five years of practical experience to join our Litigation practice team in our Portland office.
Practical solutions, innovative approaches, and persuasive advocacy are the touchstones of Miller Nash’s litigation practice. We are actively involved in our clients’ industries and familiar with the regulatory and business challenges facing those industries. We pride ourselves on our reputation for zealous advocacy and credibility.
We are looking for a team member who is hard working and responsive, exercises good judgment under pressure, has excellent research and writing skills, is self-directed while maintaining the ability to work in a team environment, and will be ready to hit the ground running on pending cases and immediate client needs.
This is a hybrid position (working partially remotely and partially in the office). Membership in the Oregon State Bar Association required, and licensure in the California State bar is a plus.

Compensation:

- Associate level based on years of experience: Compensation range from $145,000–$222,500 (before potential discretionary bonus)
