Stacey Martinson to Serve on OSB Board Construction Law Section

Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP partner Stacey Martinson was recently chosen to serve on the Board of the Oregon State Bar (OSB) Construction Law Section for the 2016-2017 term. The OSB Construction Law Section seeks to advance the practice of construction law by providing CLE opportunities and by regularly publishing newsletters. Martinson follows Miller Nash Graham & Dunn partner Gary Christensen as a member of the section's board. Christensen has served as a board member, advisory board member, and board chair for the section in recent years.

About Stacey Martinson

Martinson's practice emphasizes construction law, general business litigation and insurance recovery. She has deep experience in policyholder insurance coverage disputes, all areas of design and construction, personal injury disputes (plaintiff and defense) and product liability. Her construction practice includes both drafting and negotiating all types of construction contract forms and successfully litigating construction-related disputes. Martinson earned her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, at Pacific Lutheran University before receiving her law degree, cum laude, from Willamette University College of Law.

Martinson has been selected for inclusion as a Rising Star in Oregon Super Lawyers magazine every year since 2013.
