Miller Nash proudly welcomes J. Dino Vasquez to the firm’s litigation and international teams. Based in the firm’s Seattle office, Dino is a pillar of the Seattle legal community, bringing more than 35 years of respected leadership and experience in state, federal, and administrative courts, as well as before U.S. government agencies. A trusted advisor in complex commercial disputes and transactions at the local, national, and international levels, Dino will serve as co-leader of the firm’s international practice team, focusing on export and import compliance and dispute issues, including navigating import tariffs and ITAR and EAR regulations.

Domestically, Dino represents and advises clients on a broad spectrum of contract and business disputes, professional liability matters, and risk management strategies. With a diverse client base spanning industries such as aerospace, construction, and international manufacturing, he offers tailored solutions to address the unique challenges each sector faces.
In his international practice, Dino provides strategic counsel to clients on regulatory compliance, disputes and voluntary disclosures related to import/export laws, trade statutes, and international treaties. He also represents carriers, freight forwarders, importers, and exporters in litigation involving maritime and domestic transportation disputes. Dino is adept at negotiating with key government agencies, and his extensive litigation experience includes cases such as tariff and anti-dumping disputes before the Court of International Trade and representation in international arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Prior to joining Miller Nash, Dino served as managing partner at a Pacific Northwest law firm focusing on commercial, corporate, trade, real estate, and land use.
