The National Law Journal's LGBTQ+ Scorecard ranks U.S.-based firms that have reported the number of self-identified LGBTQ+ associates, partners, and counsel at their firms. Miller Nash's inclusion on this list highlights its efforts to create a workplace where LGBTQ+ lawyers can thrive individually and contribute fully to the firm's overall success.

In addition to participating in Mansfield 2023-2024, the firm continues to take additional actions to further our commitment, which include offering 1L Diversity Fellowships each summer, creating several identity-based affinity groups to offer camaraderie and professional development opportunities, offering a flexible day of paid time off to support racial justice and promote antiracist learning, and sharing a firm cultural calendar that provides additional educational information and resources throughout the year for a broad range of cultural holidays.
