Miller Nash Graham & Dunn Welcomes Litigation Attorney Nicole McLaughlin

Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP welcomes Nicole McLaughlin as a senior associate in the Long Beach office, where she joins the firm's deep litigation team and focuses her practice in the areas of real estate and land use. Before joining Miller Nash Graham & Dunn, McLaughlin was an attorney at Archer Norris. McLaughlin brings experience in all aspects of complex business and commercial litigation, handling a wide array of cases, including breach of contract, franchise disputes, environmental matters, premise liability and intellectual property matters. McLaughlin has counseled petroleum company clients in environmental and franchise matters and business clients in a multitude of issues.

About Nicole McLaughlin
McLaughlin handles real estate matters, including advising on complex transactions and litigation. McLaughlin earned her bachelor's degree at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, before receiving her law degree from Loyola Law School Los Angeles. During law school, McLaughlin worked as an extern to the Honorable Valerie Baker Fairbank for the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, and also served as a law clerk for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office.
