Murphy is a versatile litigator whose practice focuses on disputes involving the cannabis industry and other highly regulated industries. He has experience successfully representing businesses and individuals in state and federal trial and appellate courts, contested administrative hearings, arbitration forums and mediations.
About Andy Murphy
Murphy is experienced in navigating procedurally complex litigation, as his cases often involve multiple related actions pending in different courts. Additionally, Murphy has a depth of experience in administrative litigation, particularly land use appeals, as well as disputes involving employment law, municipal law, company dissolution, contract interpretation, construction, product liability, intellectual property, class actions, and state and federal constitutional law. Murphy earned two bachelor of science degrees at the University of Utah before receiving his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
