Miller Nash LLP is pleased to welcome attorney Eleanor (Ella) Vincent to the firm’s Seattle office. Vincent joins the firm’s experienced bankruptcy & creditors’ rights team, representing clients in a variety of industries. Before joining Miller Nash, Vincent completed a two-year term as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Brian D. Lynch of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington.

About Ella Vincent
Vincent focuses on the area of bankruptcy & creditors' rights, analyzing and researching legal issues related to Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases. She handles adversary proceedings and contested matters, including drafting motions and responsive pleadings. Vincent received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota before earning her law degree at the University of Oregon School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and a managing editor of Oregon Law Review. During law school, Vincent served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ann Aiken at the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and as a law clerk for the Tax and Finance Section, General Counsel Division of the Oregon Department of Justice.
