Miller Nash is excited to welcome esteemed associate Klien Hilliard to the firm. Klien represents general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and property owners in a wide variety of matters, including commercial construction and contract cases, DBE/WBE certifications, and federal and state procurement matters.
Klien's experience includes both litigation and successful alternative dispute resolution of construction matters. Additionally, her practice also includes advocacy for state and federal small, minority, and women-owned business programs, advising clients on certification, eligibility issues, and appeals.

She believes zealous advocacy stems from a thorough understanding of the clients’ objectives and by providing dedicated and comprehensive support to advance those objectives and reach successful and cost-effective resolutions. Klien received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona before earning her law degree at Seattle University School of Law.
