Miller Nash LLP partner, Jess Osborne, recently joined the Oregon State Bar Labor and Employment Section Executive Committee. The Executive Committee’s mission is to develop valuable resources and organize educational events for Section members, fostering the development of collaborative and collegial relationships among its members.

About Jess Osborne
Jess represents public, private, and nonprofit employers in a variety of employment and labor relations matters, including advice and litigation. She guides employers through a myriad of issues, including compliance with employment law statutes, challenges with organizational change, organized workforce questions, and conducting workplace investigations. Jess represents clients during all phases of their labor relations matters, including contract negotiations and administration and negotiating collective bargaining agreements. She also represents employers in labor arbitrations and before the National Labor Relations Board. Jess is an active volunteer in the legal community and currently serves on the Owen M. Panner Inn of Courts Executive Committee, as a member of OGALLA’s Bill and Ann Shepard Scholarship Committee, and on the Campaign for Equal Justice Associate Committee. Jess received her B.A from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee before earning her J.D. at Willamette University College of Law.
