Cozette Tran-Caffee has joined Miller Nash as a partner in the firm’s real estate department. Cozette assists public and private clients across a number of industries with all aspects of real estate transactions and land development, including dispositions and acquisitions, leasing, and financing. Cozette is a skilled land use attorney with experience in annexation and other boundary changes, comprehensive plan map and zoning map amendments, land use diligence, and master planning.
“Cozette is a fantastic addition to our real estate team and brings significant experience in both land use and real estate, adding further depth to the services we offer to clients,” says Robert Koury, chair of the real estate department. “We are thrilled to welcome her to the Miller Nash team.”
Before joining Miller Nash LLP, Cozette was a partner at a prominent law firm in the Pacific Northwest.

Cozette is active in the local community, currently serving as a board member of ReBuilding Center, a climate justice nonprofit organization. She is also a member of ULI Northwest Women’s Leadership Initiative Council, NAIOP, Oregon Women Lawyers, and the Oregon Minority Lawyers Association. Cozette received her B.A. and M.P.P. from the University of California, Berkeley before earning her J.D. at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
