April Fredrickson, an attorney with over 20 years of experience, has rejoined Miller Nash as a partner. April returns to the firm’s employment law & labor relations team where she will represent public and private employers throughout the Pacific Northwest.

April advises clients on a broad range of workplace and employment issues and has extensive experience representing employers in all areas of employment litigation and labor relations.

April represents public and private employers in single plaintiff and class action litigation in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Bureau of Labor and Industries, the Washington Human Rights Commission, and the Department of Labor & Industries. April’s practice also includes advising on employment policies and practices, state and federal leave laws, wage-and-hour compliance, disability accommodation, employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, non-competition agreements, predictive scheduling compliance, and employee discipline and termination. Additionally, April represents employers in labor relations and has experience in collective bargaining, contract administration, arbitration, and representing employers before the National Labor Relations Board. April received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon before earning her law degree at the Northeastern University School of Law.
