Miller Nash Graham & Dunn partner Christine Masse was interviewed by OPB's Dave Miller for a Think Out Loud segment titled "Washington Legislature Considers Compacts With Tribes Over Marijuana." Masse recently testified in favor of HB 2000 which would authorize the governor to enter into agreements with federally recognized Indian tribes in the state of Washington concerning marijuana. Masse is the leader of the firm's government and regulatory affairs practice group and specializes in representing businesses in highly regulated industries with their transactional, regulatory, and public policy needs. She also leads Miller Nash Graham & Dunn’s tribal team, providing counsel to various Northwest Native American tribes and organizations on gaming, regulatory, real property, construction, financing, tax, liquor, marijuana, and economic development issues.
