Obtained millions of dollars of indemnity from EPL, MGL, CGL and E&O carriers on behalf of non-profit and for-profit organizations caught up in long-tail abuse/molestation litigation.
Review, draft, and negotiate general business agreements for school districts, colleges, and universities, including lease agreements, promissory notes and trust deeds, releases, waivers, policies, purchase and sale agreements, easements, intergovernmental agreements, license agreements, affiliation agreements, co-branding agreements, and services agreements.
- Represented a university in a lease and multi-year service contract for photocopiers, mail room services and copy room services.
- Represented a school district in documenting rights and obligations in a long-term collaboration with a nonprofit university.

Prepared employment agreements and offer letters for a merger between two bank holding companies, with twenty subsidiaries collectively.
Represented special servicer of $31.5 million securitized loan in connection with the foreclosure and acquisition of the retail mall located in downtown Salem, Oregon, commonly known as Salem Center.
