Obtained multimillion-dollar recovery in mediation of negligence and breach-of-contract claims against architects, an owner’s representative, a general contractor, and subcontractors arising from the defective design and construction of the WorldMark at Gleneden Beach Resort.
Successfully defended a circuit court challenge to the wording of a school bond ballot title.
Monitor and provide guidance on U.S. Food and Drug Administration and Federal Trade Commission action as it relates to the marketing and sale of CBD products.
National litigation manager and litigation attorney for nationwide multidistrict litigation case (more than 70,000 lawsuits and claims) involving claims for alleged harm from pharmaceutical use, including management of national staff and budgets, and development of experts in medical conditions at issue.
Provided pre-condemnation and final action advice on O&M Road Project and helped the City of Kennewick reach settlement in advance of filing an eminent domain petition.
