Assisted client in designing, negotiating, and drafting a complex compensation agreement for an incoming senior executive, taking into account federal limitations on nonqualified deferred compensation.

Obtained summary judgment dismissing client from CERCLA Section 113 contribution claim by establishing that cross-claimant failed to extinguish clients’ potential liability as required by section 4(b) of the Uniform Comparative Fault Act.
Represented seafood company in defending against a state enforcement action for an unauthorized discharge and violations of effluent limitations in its discharge permit.
