American Recovery and Reinvestment Act

On February 17, 2009, President Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the "Act"). The Act contains many opportunities for individuals and businesses, in a wide variety of industries and markets, but it is important to take timely action to qualify for these savings.
